ABOUT

Our mission at Happy Feet Dance Studio is to provide excellent dance training while maintaining a friendly, wholesome, uplifting environment. We are certified members of Dance Masters of America and have been educating dancers since 1981. We offer classes in ballet, pointe, acro, tap, jazz, and lyrical for ages 2 (if potty trained) and up!

== How much are Registration & Monthly Fees? ==

Registration is a one-time fee of $30. Monthly fees are dependent on the type of class your child is taking, so please contact us for an accurate price.

== What forms of payment do you accept? ==

Registration fees, monthly fees can be paid in cash or checks made out to Happy Feet or Andi Blatchford and costumes cash or check to Andi Blatchford. Dancewear Closet purchases can be paid in cash, card, or checks made out to Dancewear Shoppe or Lisa Cooper.

== How many performances will there be? ==

There will be Fair, Parade and Christmas performances as well as an annual showcase! Be on the lookout for updates on performance information.

If your child is interested in dance classes, come join us! Registration for Fall classes are currently open! Classes start September 3rd!!

Happy Feet's showcase will again be back on the stage! On June 1st, 2024, you will see your dancers on the Summers Corner PAC stage!! We cannot wait to perform again at this beautiful venue, so mark your calendars!

GET TO KNOW OUR 2024-2026 TEAM

Meet Mrs. Andi Blatchford, the Artistic Directress/Owner of Happy Feet. She has been dancing for 41 years and is an occupational therapist! A fun fact about her is that she can wiggle her ears!

For 40 fabulous years, Miss. Ruth Singletary was Happy Feet’s Artistic Directress/Owner before passing the torch to Mrs. Andi Blatchford. Miss. Ruth has been dancing for 60 years! She visits the studio to spend time with students and teach classes. She loves ducks and currently is spending time in the beautiful Lake Junaluska and proud grandma!!
